Create Salesforce leads from Excel Online (Business) spreadsheet

It's now very easy to create Salesforce leads. Whenever you add a new row to the Excel Table you select, a lead will be created in Salesforce (and cleaned up from the Table). You need to select a sheet that has columns for: First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone, and Email.
